Yun Tsui is a neo-classical building on a large development plot rarely found in Mingsheng Community. The greenway promenade is built in a chequerboard style, offering verdant greenery to the streets of Mingsheng Community. The project was awarded the authoritative seal of seismic resistance, while the EEWH green building certification is a testament to the elegance and refinement of the building. Under the meticulous planning of architect Yu-Shu Chang, the building still retains an ideal living environment with a low public-use facilities ratio. With a high-rise spatial environment, all of Taipei comes into view.

This construction project is carried out with concise and clean architectural lines and proportions to create the No. 1 project in Taiwan with rigorous planning and quality materials. It is a grand design, featuring landscape, proximity to the MRT, and art. The J.Y. Lighting Design team’s ingenious lighting design has made it even more extraordinary. Made of jade spar, the pure white appearance of this project is dustproof and waterproof, appearing splendid by the Keelung River.
