Riyadh International Airport, Saudi Arabia
BES joint the construction works of the Riyadh International Airport (King Khaled International Airport) in the Saudi Arabia with its extensive experience in building domestic airports. With 4 terminal buildings and a runway system composed of two 60m wide and 4000m long runways, the King Khalid International Airport spans an area of 225 square kilometers and is now one of the world's largest international airports.

Riyadh Industrial Park development project
Located 18 kilometers southeast to the Riyadh City and spanning a land of 1200 hectares, the Riyadh Industrial Park development program came in two phases. With extensive experiences and excellent technology in industrial park development, BES is providing a model that Saudi Arabia can follow.

Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan wharf project
BES turned its focus of Southeast Asia operations to Malaysia in the 1970s by undertook quite some major projects in road and terminal construction. The business was so good that it upgraded its construction office there into a branch company in Malaysia.

The outer ring and highway connecting roads, Kuwait
BES won the open tenders, RA23, RA58 and RA64, of construction works for highway in Kuwait and then got into the construction markets there.

Real estate investment and development business in the USA
BES entered the US markets in 1988 by focusing at the real estate investment and development business there. BES acquired land and build the Haoyuan Villa Building in 1990; it won the gold medal of the best architecture design in 1991 and ranked the best condominium in 1992.

Songkhla Bridge project, Thailand
The Songkhla Bridge was built by joining 1058 pieces of single-hole box-type precast segments. This demos BES's strength in detailed and precise planning works. The bridge crosses the Songkhla Lake to strengthen economic development in southern Thailand.
